Cancellations 45-60 days are subject to a $75.00 per person per day fee, plus any monies already paid by BLT. A $30.00 per transaction refund fee will be applied. No refunds within 45 days of the tour.

5:25 - Meet at Heritage Hotel, 500 Centerville Road, Lancaster, 17601, for a 5:55 departure.
6:20 - Meet at Alden Place, 1022 Alden Way, Lebanon, PA 17042, for a 6:40 departure.
9:00 - 10:15 - Breakfast at Backseat Bar and Grill, Winchester, VA.
4:45 PM - Arrive at Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown, 192 Haywood St, Asheville, NC 28801.
5:00 - 6:30 - Evening Reception in The E’Terie the bar of the hotel, 2 drink vouchers per person, and light snacks.
6:15 - Depart for dinner, Moose Café, 570 Brevard Rd, Asheville, NC 28806.

8:20 - Board our private trolley for a tour of Asheville. Meet the bus in front of the hotel on Haywood Street.
8:30 - 10:00 - Depart the hotel for a 1 ½ hour tour.
10:00/10:15 - Arrive GroveWood Village, Asheville, NC.
10:30 - 11:00 - Introduction and history of Biltmore inside Homespun Museum.
11:00 - 11:15 - Video in Homespun Museum.
11:15-11:30 - Explore the Dye House Building.
11:30-12:00 - Antique Car Museum. The last time, my folks were very interested in this.
12:00 - Shopping at the Grove Wood Gallery and visiting the Grove Park Inn.
12:50 PM - Depart Omni Grove Park Inn by trolley for downtown Asheville. Drop off at hotel or downtown.
Free time to spend your way downtown or relax at the hotel.
5:00 - 6:30 - Evening Reception in The E’Terie, the bar area of the hotel, 2 drink vouchers per person, and light snacks.
6:15 - Depart for dinner at Tupelo Honey South, Asheville, NC.

Day #3 - Tuesday, April 28th

8:20 - Meet the bus along Haywood Street for an 8:30 departure to Chimney Rock, Chimney Rock, NC.
10:00 AM - Arrive at Chimney Rock State Park.
10:30 - Meet park staff by the Cliff Dwellers Gift Shop for a brief introduction. Afterwards, the group will be free to explore the park at their own pace. Visitors can take the elevator for quick access to the Chimney, browse the gift shops, or grab a snack at the Deli. For those interested, the Hickory Nut Falls Trail offers a moderate 1.5-mile round-trip hike to one of the tallest waterfalls east of the Mississippi.
1:00 - Reunite at the shuttle bus for return transport to the motorcoach parking area at the Main Office.
1:15 - Board the motorcoach and depart the park.
1:15 - 2:45 - Dinner at the RiverWatch Bar & Grill, 379 Main Street, Chimney Rock, NC 28720.
2:45 - 3:25 - Free time in the town of Chimney Rock.
3:30 - Depart Chimney Rock
5:00 - Return to the hotel. Check in advance on traffic getting back into Asheville.

10:30 - Gather in front of the Biltmore Mansion for a 10:45 tour.
1:20 PM - Meet outside the Carriage house, and we will walk to the Stable Café as a group for lunch at 1:30.
2:45 - Meet in front of the mansion to board our coach for Antler Hill Village.
3:00 - 4:45 - Free time to explore Antler Hill Village at your leisure.
4:45 - Depart Antler Hill Village for the Embassy Suites.
